Such training, should include rules and regulations applicable to the work situation, a hand-on opportunity to learn how to wear and attach equipment properly, instructions about adequate anchor points and proper techniques for securing and connecting lanyards, or lifelines, and guidance and demonstration on how to inspect and maintain the equipment.
