Return Policy

We honor all manufacturers' policies. Some may offer 30 or 60 day satisfaction guarantees. To discuss a return, call or email your representative, or email sales@unicoa.com. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. All returns must be in original packaging and condition. Any claims for discrepancies must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping charges for return items must be prepaid. We don’t charge restocking fees, unless the manufacturer charges us.

Sales Tax Policy

All sales follow the local tax policies under NEXUS laws. Orders will be charged sales tax based off of the shipping address. All state and local taxes will be collected per the jurisdiction, and remitted to the correct parties.

In-Store Pick Up Policy

Will-call orders can be picked up the same day they are placed. Normal store hours are 6am-4pm, Monday through Friday.

Delivery Time Policy

All orders will be delivered at the first available time. Orders placed before 10am will be delivered same day, and any order placed after 10am will be delivered the following business day.

Freight and parcel shipments placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day, and any order placed after this time will be shipped next business day.

Privacy Policy

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
