The RIDGID 31637 Quick-Acting Tubing Cutter delivers fast and clean cuts every time. For improved productivity, the tube cutter has a large, ergonomic X-CEL knob that provides a firmer grip so you can cut tubing quickly and easily, and an X-CEL ball detent wheel pin that allows for quick, tool-free cutter wheel changes in seconds, with no lost clips. Built to last, it features sturdy I-beam construction and hardened wear surfaces for durability. It has thrust bearing slide assemblies for smooth operation, and a convenient fold-away reamer to clean and ensure a better connection. The tube cutter wheel is precision-machined from high-grade steel and engineered for long life and maximum cutting accuracy. This wheel is made specifically for cutting plastic tubing and plastic pipe. The tubing cutter has a 1/8-inch to 1-1/4-inch cutting capacity and is available in models for cutting plastic pipe or metallic tubing.

Designed to tackle tough steel pipe, the RIDGID 32820 Model 2-A Heavy-Duty Pipe Cutter helps you get the job done quickly and efficiently. This steel pipe cutter allows for fast, clean pipe cutting by hand or power. It has an extra-long shank that protects adjustment threads, and an extra-large handle for quick and easy adjustments.

You can convert the 2-A pipe cutter to a 3-wheel cutter by replacing the rollers with a cutter wheel, or order it as a 3-wheel model. This allows for use in tighter spaces where a complete turn is not possible.

This metal pipe cutter has an 1/8-inch to 2-inch pipe capacity.

The RIDGID (42878) Model 238-P Powered Soil Pipe Cutter cuts cast iron pipe quickly and easily in tight spaces. The 238-P is designed to cut up to 8” soil pipe when driven by an impact driver or 4” with the included ratchet.

RIDGID® Soil Pipe Cutters are used to cut a variety of cast iron soil pipe and can also be used on concrete and clay pipe. All RIDGID Soil Pipe Cutters use chains equipped with cutter wheels that are tightened around the pipe until the pipe breaks. The 226, 206 and 286 all use the same chain assembly, while the 246 is supplied with a larger chain. All tools come standard with enough chain to cut pipe up to 6” nominal diameter, and with the addition of one chain extension can cut pipe up to 8” nominal diameter. All of the soil pipe cutters use a unique hooking mechanism to make hooking the chain easier. The RIDGID 206 and 246 Soil Pipe Cutters utilize an integral ratchet handle centered on the pipe. This is especially useful when cutting pipe in trenches, and helps keep the width of the trench to a minimum. The 206 uses the same chain as the 226 and 286, while the chain on the 246 is larger and allows it to cut 4” class 22 water main and 2” – 5” extra heavy duty soil pipe.
