This lanyard is constructed with shock-absorbing tubular nylon webbing and lock stitching at both ends for added security. It also features reflective accents for heightened visibility

With certification of a qualified person, or 5000 Ibs. without certification. When more than one personal fall arrest system is attached to the same structure, the strength requirements stated above must be multiplied by the number of personal arrest systems attached to the structure. Tool Lanyard – Shock absorbing tool lanyard with carabiner on one end and detachable loop on the other end: Designed and tested to prevent falling objects and reduce the force your body sees if a drop occurs by absorbing the energy transmitted through the tool lanyard. By reducing the shock load this design prevents the tool from pulling the user down with it protecting those above as well as those below. Compatible with Squids
